Shipping was quick but with added express ship it still took 5 days, I fell this was waste. Above picture shows pretty much what needs to happen but some instruction would have been nice. As picture shows, 1) facing the chip, left side open the cover with small flat screw driver like the picture. get small plier and open the hatch and using funnel top to fill the toner (shake frequently and gently squeeze to let the toner flow out, but don't squeeze hard air will blow the toner out.) 2) once filled, plug the hole and replace the cover. 3) Using same screw driver to pry off the memory chip and replace the memory chip with white marking on the top. Note: cover the area with newspaper or something so toner spill wouldn't damage the floor. As the picture (not mine, but thanks!) shows, the chips are placed over the original chip location with the arrows facing up when the cartridge is installed.Pros: Cheap, easy. Comes with 8 gloves, although a wet paper towel really cleans the toner off the gloves quite easily. Cons: No instructions, but YouTube is better anyways. The tips are far too small and need to be cut at least 1/2 off so you don't have to squeeze. (Tiny hole + squeeze = too fast of a discharge and causes toner clouds and/or the toner starts to come out through the threads which makes a huge mess. You will only make that mistake once!) A larger hole makes this refill very easy as a gentle shake resumes the pour. Dirty, as all toner refills are. Do this outside, with the gloves. No idea what I will do with the rest of the...
