 Easy to set up, Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Dual Monitor Stand Grommet Base (Office Product) I purchased this stand because my desk has a metal back to it and cannot use a stand with a clamp, I needed the grommet mount. The desk is a business desk with wood grain top that is metal so it is really sturdy. I decided where to install the stand to hold the monitors. Drilled a 3/8" hole and bolted the stand to the desk, used a ratchet with a 9/16" deep socket to tighten the bolt. Mounted the two monitors to the arms while they were laying face down on the desk. Picked up the arms with the monitors and slipped it over the pole, this was a little tricky but manageable. Slide it down to where I thought it would be high enough and centered and then tightened the clamp. Connected the cables and ran the wires to the supplied retainer clips. Adjusted the height and rotated the screens until they were the way I liked it. Never had to adjust the tension on the arms. Work perfect from out the box.
